ORO’s Taste of Italia ABRUZZO menu features:
Crostini con Crema di Fave e Salame
Toasted bread topped with creamy fava bean purée, sliced salami, dressed arugula, and pecorino cheese.
Tagliatelle con Guanciale, Asparagi e Zafferano
Tagliatelle tossed in a saffron cream sauce with tender pork cheek, asparagus, and earthy mushrooms.
Baccala all Abruzzese
Flaky black cod in a rustic tomato-olive sauce with potatoes, cranberries, and pine nuts, infused with garlic and shallots and garnished with parsley and dill.
La Cicerchiata
Mini honey balls coated in wildflower honey with lemon and orange zest, finished with coloured sprinkles and sliced almonds.
